Black Friday/Cyber Monday Haul 2018

I usually do not participate in this time of year or any type of Holiday shopping. This year I convinced myself to spoil myself because I already saved the percentage of my paycheck I normally save + I had some extra money from working extra hours at work.

I pretty much got everything that I wanted, except for a blender, an essential oil set, protein powder, a new DSLR, and some more herbs/meds to manage my PCOS. I also wanted $88 worth of books on my Amazon Wishlist, but they are going to have to wait. 😢

Amazon- $294.87

  1. Kindle Paperwhite 7th generation in Black
  2. Screen Protector for Kindle
  3. Kindle Amazon Power adapter
  4. Kindle Case
  5. Rucksack
  6. Traditional Medicinals Season Tea Sampler
  7. Plant Therapy Ylang Ylang Complete
  8. Plant Therapy Clary Sage
  9. EBL AAA Rechargeable batteries
  10. Fertile Foods Fertility Tea
  11. 12,000 external battery pack
  12. Nutri Ninja FreshVac

Earthen Escapes- $41.50

  1. Earthie Kit Skincare

Wish- $33.16

  2. Lazy cat moon enamel pin
  3. Stranger Things enamel pin
  4. Witch enamel pins
  5. Vampire Lips enamel pin

  7. Triple Moon Goddess necklace

Socialite Lighting- $14.99

  1. Mini LED Ring Light
Ok, I seriously need to stay away from Amazon now. But at least I now have the blender I was pining over. I'm disappointed Amazon didn't offer any deals on the newer version of Kindle Paperwhite, but I honestly ordered the older generation because I really wanted that adorable case! I'm actually quite happy with my haul. I did a good blend of things I wanted, things I needed, & things for my PCOS.

Did you score any special items this year? Any sweet deals you couldn't pass up?

X🍉, Jae

Adulting: Surviving A Long Term Goal

How To Reach A Long Term Goal:Write the goal downKeep doing what you need to do to achieve the goalConstantly look up things that motivate you towards your goalA little competition never hurts!Speak the goal into existenceExpect to fail, but plan to succeed I made it! Holy crap, Batman! I survived Mental Health Awareness Month, and I have no idea how I kept pushing myself. I skipped lunch today to save the extra coins. Yes, you read that right. A co-worker had a snarky remark about it, but guess what? IDGAF! I have goals in my mind, and I'm keeping my eye on the prize. Summer 2018 is mine, and I can only hope that things are finally falling into place. Besides, it's not like I didn't eat anything. I just didn't order out. I saved my money. Call me cheap.

I don't know what the rest of the Summer holds for me, but I know I'm going places and making progress. It has been slow going, and I have been tried, tempted, and failed so many times. I don't know where …

Vlog Magick v.6: My Growing Walgreen's Addiction

Hey, lovelies! It's been a while. May is still Mental Health Awareness month, so I'm exercising working on myself this month. It's especially important to me because I'm getting a year older in my dirty thirty's. It's both bittersweet and eye opening. I'm finding my depths this month, more so than I have ever been tried in all my 31 years. I'm finding a strength I didn't know I had in myself, and it's growing everyday. I still have many obstacles to overcome, but day by day, a girl is kicking the ass of all the negativity coming my way. I just keep reminding myself and telling myself that this season is almost over. I'm still winning in my own special way. Lovelies, what ways are you taking care of yourself this month?
